Hey,
Thanks for asking this question.

If class of 20 students has an average age of 20,
This means that if a student of age 20 leaves, that will not impact on the average age of a class and average age of a class will remain 20.

We can prove it mathmatecally as well,

Total number of students = 20
Average age of 20 students is 20
So total sum of ages = 20×20 = 400

If a student of age 20 leaves,
total students remain = 19
so total sum of ages = 19×20 = 380
So average age of 19 students = 380/19 = 20.
(hence proved)
