let age of the teacher = x
then A/Q
(x+7020 months)/40 = 183 months (i.e 180+3)
x+7020 months = 183 months × 40
x+7020 months = 7320 months
x= (7320-7020)months
x=300 months
therefore x= (300÷12)years
x= 25years
