B is number of boys = 25.
wG is weight of the girls
wB is weight of the boys
We are given: (wG + wB)/(G + B) = 38
wG / G = 33
wB / B = 42
The boys weigh 25 * 42 kg = 1050 kg in total so wB = 1050.
(wG + 1050)/(G + 25) = 28
wG / G = 33.
∴G = 20
