present total ages of mukesh, ramesh, and suresh = 3*27+3 =90

present total ages of  ramesh and suresh = 2*20+5 = 50

so from the above we can get mukesh age = 90-50= 40

Answer:

The present age of Mukesh is 40 years old.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let, the present age of Mukesh = x

the present age of Ramesh = y

the present age of Suresh = z

Now,

three years ago

Mukesh's age was (x-3)

Ramesh's age was (y-3)

Suresh's age was (z-3)

according to question  : \frac{(x-3)+(y-3)+(z-3)}{3}=27

(x-3)+(y-3)+(z-3)=81

x+y+z= 90     eq.................1.

And,

five years ago

Ramesh's age was (y-5)

Suresh's age was (z-5)

\frac{(y-5)+(z-5)}{2} =20

y+z= 50     eq.........................2

Now, putting eq........2 in eq.......1

we get,

x+50= 90\\x=40

It was assumed that the present age of Mukesh is 'x' so now getting the value of 'x' as 40. Therefore the present age of Mukesh is 40 years old.
