The average age of my family consisting of my parents & myself is 30 yrs . 10 years ago, the average age of my parents were 23 yrs. Find my present age

let my age be x, my father's age be y, and mother's age z.

Average age is 30
so, (x+y+z)/3 = 30
hence, x+y+z = 90


10 years ago, parent's average qas 23
so,(y+z-20)/2 = 23
hence, (y+z-20)= 66
i.e. y+z = 86

putting y+z = 86 in first condition
x+86 = 90
so, x( my age) is 4 years
