151cm
(40 \times 150) - 125 + 165 = 6040 \\ 6040 \div 40 = 151

Hi friend

Your answer
-------------------

Average height of 40 students = 150 cm (Incorrect mean)

Total sum of height of 40 students = (150×40) cm = 6000 cm

Wrong observation = 125 cm

Correct observation = 165 cm

Correct sum total of heights of 40 students = ( 6000 - 125 +165) cm = 6040 cm

Correct mean = 6040/40 cm = 151 cm

HOPE IT HELPS
