The average of 10 number is 0. Of them ,at most ,how many may be grater than 0\

The answer is 9.

Average = Sum of Observations/Total no. of Observations.

So in this case the sum of all digits will become 0.

So imagine if all the 9 numbers were 1, but the last no. was -9 which would satisfy the given data and make the average 0. Hence 9 numbers can be greater than 1 at the most.
