Now given : the average of these numbers is 140


AVERAGE = (Sum of all quantities) / ( No. Of quantities)


=> 140 = {(x-6) + (x-5) + (x-4) + (x-3) +...+(x+4) + (x+5)} / 13

=> 140 = 13x/13


=>140 = x


Since the largest number would be (x+6)


Therefore the largest number is 140 + 6 = 146...
