The average of 25 consecutive natural number is 48. What will be the 4th number?​

The 50 consecutive natural numbers must be X ± 1/2, X ± 3/2, … X ± 49/2 and their sum is 50X.

So the next 4 natural numbers are

X + 51/2, X + 53/2, X + 55/2 and X + 57/2.

There are now 54 numbers and their sum is 54X + (1/2)*(51 + 53 + 55 + 57)

= 54X + (1/2)*(54 + 54 + 54 + 54)

= 54X + 108

= 54(X + 2)

so the new average is X + 2.
