let average of 10 students and principal be x
the total numberof peolpe now is 11.
so as per condition ,
x/11=15
so, x=165,
therefore sum of ages of 10 children along the principal's age is 165.
let principals age be 'y'
so , if the age of principal is excluded then,
resultant age of 10 chidren is (165-y)
so, according to condition ,
(165-y)/10=(15-1)
so, by solving we get,
y=25
Therefore , age of principal is 25yrs
