let we have five consecutive numbers are like this:

n-2,n-1,n,n+1,n+2

so avg.=(n-2+n-1+n+n+1+n+2)/5=n

add two next number to the sequence than the

sequence will look like

n-2,n-1,n,n+1,n+2,n+3,n+4

so avg.=(n-2+n-1+n+n+1+n+2,n+3,+n+4)=(7n+7)/7

new avg=n+1

**note : if the number are in consecutive manner than avg. always is middle

element or half of the sum of two middle element.
