Answer:(x+a)A

Step-by-step explanation:

average of x1 ,x2, x3, x4, x5, x6.............xn is A.

as we know that the formula

avg. =\frac{sum of terms}{no. of terms}

so

A =\frac{x1+x2+x3+......xn}{n}

by multiplying all terms by (x+a)

average will be

=\frac{x1(x+a)+x2(x+a)+x3(x+a)+......xn(x+a)}{n}\\\\\=(x+a)[\frac{x1+x2+x3+......+xn}{n}\\\\(x+a)*A

so after multiplying (x+a) to each term average will also multiply by (x+a).

and new average will be (x+a)A
