And the LOWER boundary of the second class

For example:
if the classes were as follows:

0-9
10-19
20-29

for 0-9 and 10-19,

average of 9 and 10 = 9.5

Now this 9.5 will be the upper boundary of 0-9(first class) and lower boundary of 10-19(second class)
