Mean of 120 officers=Rs.4000

Sum of salaries of 120 officers=4000x120=480000

Mean of the rest of the employees=560

No. of rest of the employees=x-120

Sum of the salaries of the rest of the employees=560(x-120)=560x-67200

Mean of salaries all workers=600

480000+560x-67200/x=600

412800+560x=600x

412800=600x-560x

412800=40x

412800/40=x

x=10320

Therefore 10320 are all total workers.
