Answer:  10/3.

Explanation: Average speed = 20km/hr

Formula:

Speed = Distance/time

Average speed = Total distance/Total time taken = 2S1S2/(S1+S2)

Where, S1 and S2 are speed

Calculation:

Let the speed of the man returning from office be 5x units

⇒ Speed when going to office = 1/5 * 5x = x units

According to the question,

(2*x*5x) / (x+5x) = 20

10x = 20*6

x = 12

∴ Speed when going to office = 12 km/hr = 12*5/18 = 10/3
