Hello Dear.

Given ⇒

Average Speed of the Snail = 0.020 miles/hours.

∵ The S.I. Unit of Speed = m/s.
So, converting the Quantity into m/s.

∵ 1 miles = 1609.34 m.
∴ 0.020 miles = 0.020 × 1609.34
    = 32.1868 m.

Time = 1 hrs.
  = 60
× 60 seconds.
  = 3600 seconds.

∴ Average Speed of the Snail in km/hr. = 32.1868/3600 m/s.
 = 0.00894 m/s.

_______________________

Speed of the Leopard = 70 miles/hours.

70 miles = 70 × 1609.34 km.
 =  112653.8 m.

1 hrs= 3600 seconds.

∴ Speed of the Leopard in km/hr. = 112653.8/3600 m/s.
   = 31.29 m/s.

Hence, the Speed of the Leopard in m/s is 31.29 m/s.

Hope it helps.
