Answer:

31°C .

Step-by-step explanation:

\because The average temperature for Monday.Tuesday and Wednesday was 36°C.

[ M + T + W ]/3 = 36° .

→ M + T + W = 36 × 3 .

 \therefore M + T + W = 108° . ....... (1) .

And,

\because The average temperature for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday was 38°C .

[ T + W + TH ]/3 = 38°C .

→ T + W + TH = 38 × 3 .

 \therefore T + W + TH = 114° . ........ (2) .

On subtracting equation (2) and (1), we get

TH - M = 6° .

{ And, it's given Temp. on TH is 37°C . }

→ 37 - M = 6.

→ M = 37 - 6 .

 \therefore Temperature on Monday was 31°C .

Hence, it is solved.

Answer:

31°C .

Step-by-step explanation:

∵ A/Q, The average temperature for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was 36°C.

→( Mon + Tue + Wed )/3 = 36° .

→ Mon + Tue + Wed = 36 × 3 .

Mon + Tue + Wed = 108° ...... 1

Now, again A/Q

∵ The average temperature for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday was 38°C .

→ ( Tue + Wed + Thus )/3 = 38°C .

→ Tue + Wed + Thus = 38 × 3 .

Tue + Wed + Thus = 114° . .... 2

On subtracting equation (2) and (1), we get

Thus - Mon = 6°

→ 37 - M = 6. [ Given : Thus = 37° C ]

→ Mon = 37 - 6 .

Therefore, temperature on Monday was 31°C .
