let the two angles be x and y.

average of these angles =( x+y)/2= 34

x+y=2*34=68

x+y=68 ---------{1}

one quarter of their difference = 1/4(x-y)=3

x-y=3*4=12

x-y =12--------{2}

from {1}&{2}:-

x+y=68

x-y=12(by addition)

2x=68+12=80

x=80/2

=40

y=68-x

=68-40=28
