The average velocity of a particle is zero but not its average speed is it possible justify

Yea.

Speed = Distance/time &

Velocity = Displacement/time


As we know, displacement can be zero but distance can’t.


Hence, by observing the above statement we can determine that velocity can be zero but speed can't.
