let the average weight of 10 men be x
then the total weight of 10 men will be 10x
the average weight of 10 men after replacing the men will be x+1.5
therefore total weight after replacing ten men will be 10(x+1.5)
let the weight of new men be y

now ,acording to the question,
10x-68+y=10(x+1.5)
10x-68+y=10x+15
y=83 kg
the weight of new man is 83 kg ans
