Solution :-

Let us assume that, the average weight of 12 women was x kg .

So,

→ Total weight of 12 women = 12 * x = 12x kg .

now, given that, a woman whose weight was 79 kg gone and a new woman let whose weight is y kg joins .

So,

→ New Total weight of 12 women = (12x - 79 + y) kg

A/q,

→ (12x - 79 + y)/12 = (x + 3)

→ 12x - 79 + y = 12x + 36

→ y - 79 = 36

→ y = 79 + 36

→ y = 115 kg (Ans.)

Hence, the weight of the new woman is 115 kg .
