We know that the change in total weight is equal to the weight of the new person – the weight of the previous person. Hence find the weight of the new person. Hence the weight of the new person is 52kgs.......

The averages weight of seven man diminished by 3 kg .Then total weight diminished by  

3 × 7 = 21 k g

If one of them whose weight is 73 kg is replased by anew man  

Then weight of new man =72-21=52 kg.....
