The average weight of girls = 46kg

The average weight of boys = 52kg

Solution:

Number of boys = 8x  

Number of girls = 6x

Average weight of whole class = 52*(8x) + 46*(6x) / 14x

                                                    = 416x + 276x / 14x

                                                    = 49.4

Hence, the average weight of a whole class is 49.4 kg
