28 year 3 month=113/4 years
total sum of age of all 16 person =16×113/4=452
total sum of age of two persons =58+58=116
now sum of age of leaft 14 person =452-116=336
so avarage age of remaining person =336/14=24 years

Answer:

24

Step-by-step explanation:

The avg. Age of a group of 16 persons is 28 yrs and 3 months.

28 years 3 months = 28+\frac{3}{12}=28.25 years

28.25=\frac{\text{Sum of all ages}}{16}

28.25 \times 16=\text{Sum of all ages}

452=\text{Sum of all ages}

Two persons each 58 yrs old left the group

Sum of ages of remaining people i.e. 14 people = 452-(58+58)=336

The avg age of the remaining persons =\frac{336}{14}=24

Hence the average of remaining persons is 24
