While there is no justification to exploit one human race over the other, the Bantu tribe in Democratic Republic of Congo have been systemically and routinely exploiting the pygmies.

According to the DRC field research as conducted by World Bank in 2009, pygmies suffer from forced labour, slavery and institutional rape from the Bantu Tribe.

Harvest from their lands is regularly stolen, land seized and their basic equipment robbed.

Bantu's have even developed their own 'courts' where pygmies are allowed to bring their cases but seldom get justice. The DRC government and the local law enforcement have turned a blind eye to the parallel courts that have made the life of pygmies a living hell.

Many Bantu's carry out to such treatment because they do not consider the pygmies human and resort to treating them like animals.
