The base a triangular field is three times its height . If the cost of the field at 36.72 per 100 metre Sq. is 49572; find its base and height.

let base of triangular field=3x
so height =x
Area=1/2*x*3x=3xsquare/2
Area=49572/36.72(100 metre square)
1350*100 =135000 square metre
3xsquare/2=135000
xsquare=270000/3=90000
x=√90000
height=300 metre
base=300*3=900 metre
