♣SOLUTION♣

Let the base and height of the triangle be 5x and 7x respectively.

USING FORMULA :-

• Area of a triangle = ½ × b × h

→ 70 = ½ × 5x × 7x

→ 70 = ½ × 35x²

→ 70 = 35x²/2

→ 70 = 17.5x²

→ 17.5x² = 70

→ x² = 70/17.5

→ x² = 4

→ x = √4

→ x = 2

• Height of the triangle = 7x = 7 × 2 = 14 cm
