1/2 × b h = 108

=> b h= 108×2 = 216

=> 3x.2x= 216

=> 6x^2 = 216

=> x^2 = 216/6 = 36

X=6

b= 18cm, h= 12cm

Answer:

as we know that area of triangle is 1/2×b×h

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the height of the triangle be 2x and base be 3x

and area is 108

Therefore,

108 = 1/2 × 2x ×3x

108×2 = 6x^2

216 = 6x^2

216/6 = x^2

36 = x^2

therefore x is 6

Hence height is 2×6 =12 cm

base= 3×6 = 18 cm

I hope it will help u
