area of triangle = 1/2 X base X height.
area = 1/2 X 2x X 3x =
3x ^{2} = 108 \\ x {}^{2}   = 36 \\ x = 6
base = 3 X 6 = 18
height = 2 X 6 = 12

given , ratio of base and height = 3 : 2

let the constant ratio be " x "

now base and height of triangle are , 3x , 2x

given , area = 108 cm^2

1/2 × base × height= 108 cm^2

1/ 2 ×3x × 2x = 108

6x^2 = 108×2

6x^2 = 216

x^2 = 216 /6 = 36

x^2 = 36

x = √36

x = 6

now base = 3x = 3 × 6 = 18 cm

height = 2x = 2×6 = 12 cm

hence, hence and height of triangle are 18 cm and 12cm.
