Solution:-

Given:-

  • Ratio of base and height = 3:4
  • Area = 150 m²

To Find :-

  • Base
  • Height

Formula:-

Area = \frac{1}{2}  × Base × Height

Assumption:-

Let, Base = 3x

And, Height = 4x

By The Problem:-

Plot The Value:-

Area = \frac{1}{2}  × Base × Height\\ 150 = \frac{1}{2}  × 3x ×4x\\ 150 = 6x^{2} \\ x^{2} =\frac{150}{6} \\  x^{2}=25\\  x = \sqrt{25} \\ ∴ x = 5

Answer:-

Base = 3x=3×5=15 m

Height=4x=4×5=20 m
