Let the base and height of the triangle be 4x and 5x

Given, area of the triangle =1/2*base*height

. '. 1/2*4x*5x=40

. '. 2x*5x=40

. '. 10x²=40

x²=40/10

x²=4

x=√4

x=2m

. '. Base of a triangle= 4x

= 4*2=8m

& height of a triangle = 5x

=5*2=10m

Hope it helps u
