let the base and height be x
so,
base=4x
height=7x
area=1/2*4x*7x
126=14x^2
126/14=x^2
√9=x
x=3m
height=7*3=21m
base=4*3=12m
HOPE IT HELPS

LET BASE BE 4X
SO HEIGHT WOULD BE 7X
AREA = 126 SQUARE METRES
1/2×H×B=126
1/2×28X^2=126
X^2=126×2/28
X=3
BASE=4X=12M
HEIGHT=7X=21M

HOPE IT HELPS
GOOD LUCK
