let the base be 5x and the height be 3x
area of the triangle = 1/2×base × height
=> 1/2×5x×3x=40m^2
=> x= 4/1.732
base = 5×4/1.732
height =3×4/1.732

ArcadeAtindro: bro i dont think so as....it should be height=3*×2.3094. and base should be 5×2.3094

area=
 \frac{1}{2}  \times 5x \times 3x  = 40 \\  = )7.5 {x}^{2}  = 40 \\  = )x = 2.30940 \\  =  > 5x = 5 \times 2.3094 \\  =  > 3x = 3 \times 2.3094
