Given:-
- The base and height of a triangular field are in the ratio of 3:4.
- The area of trianglular field is 1014cm².
To find:-
- Find the length of base and height of trianglular field. ?
Solutions:-
- Let the base of trianglular field = 3x
- Let the height of trianglular field = 4x
Area of trianglular field = 1/2 × base × height
=> 1014 = 1/2 × 3x × 4x
=> 1014 = 3x + 2x
=> 1014 = 6x²
=> 1014/6 = x²
=> 169 = x²
=> √169 = x
=> 13 = x
=> x = 13
So,
Base of trianglular field is 3x
=> 3 × 13
=> 39cm
Height of trianglular field is 4x
=> 4 × 13
=> 52
Hence, the base and height of the trianglular field are 39cm and 52cm.
