Given...\\Base:Height =3:2\\\text{let base and height of triangle be 3x and 2x respectively, }\\\\We \ know,\\Area \ of \triangle = \frac{1}{2}\times base\times height\\\\108= \frac{1}{2}\times 3x \times 2x\\\\\frac{108\times 2}{6} = x^2\\36 = x^2\\6 = x\\\\now,\\base =3x = 3\times6 = \boxed{\boxed{18 cm}}\\height = 2x = 2\times6 =\boxed{\boxed{ 12 cm}}
