let the base= 3x
height= 2x

area \:  =  \frac{1}{2} bh \\ atq \\ 108 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 3x \times 2x \\  3 {x}^{2}  = 108 \\ x = 6
So base = 3 × 6 = 18m
height = 2×6 =12m

Given
Ratio of base to height is3:2
Area of parallelogram is 108m^2(b×h)
Let the base(b) be 3x & height(h)be 2x.
=>(3x)(2x)=6x^2=108m^2
=>x^2=108/6=36m^2
=>x=6m
Therefore base of the parallelogram is 3(6)=18cm
Height of the parallelogram is 2(6)=12cm.
Hope this was helpful.
