Solution -

Let's assume the Base as 3x meters

So, the height as 2x meters

According to Question,

Area of parallelogram = 600 m²

[∵ Area of ||gm = Base × Height]

⇒ 3x × 2x = 600

⇒ 6x² = 600

⇒ x² = 600/6

⇒ x² = 100

⇒ x = √100

⇒ x = 10

Measurements -

Base = 3x m = 3(10) m = 30 m

Height = 2x m = 2(10) m = 20 m

∴ The base & height of the given parallelogram are 30 meters and 20 meters respectively
