The base and the corresponding altitide of a parallelogram are 10cm and 3.5 cm,respectively. Find the area of the parallelogram.

area of parallelogram=base×heigh
=10×3.5 (altitude is also height)
=35sq.cm

Area of parallelogram=lxb
given l=10
given b=3.5
=lxb
=10x3.5
=35cm².
