The base and the corresponding altitude of a parallelogram are 10cm and 12cm,respectively. If the other altitude is 8cm, find the length of the other pair of parallel sides.

area of parallelogram = base*height
let the other altitude be x
=> 12*10 = 8*x
=> x = 120/8 => 15cm
