the base and the corresponding altitudes of a triangle measure 6 whole 1/2 m and, 5 whole 3/5 m respectively. find the area of the triangle​

Answer:

Area of triangle = base×altitude/2.

=(11/2)×(8/3)/2.

=88/12.

=22/3 sq.cm. . Answer.

The area of triangle equals half of its base multiplied by its height, thus the area of your triangle in square centimetres is given by:

A=11/2×8/3 \div 2

=11×8/2×32  \div 2

=88/6 \div 2

=22/3

Answer: 7.333… square centimetres
