lets consider base is 4x  and height is 5x

area of triangle=1/2*base*height

40=1/2*4x*5x

40=1/2*20x^2

40=10x^2

x^2=40/10

x^2=4

x=2

base=4x=4*2=8m

height=5x=5*2=10m
