Let the base and height of the given triangle be 5x and 3x respectively.
We know that,
Area of a triangle =
area \: ofa \: triangle \: \\ = \frac{1}{2} \times base \times height \\ (substituting \: the \: given \: values \\ we \: will \: get \:) \\ = \frac{1}{2} \times 5x \times 3x \\ = \frac{1}{2} \times 15 {x}^{2} = > 43.2 \\ = 15 {x}^{2} \: = > \: 43.2 \times 2 \\ = {x}^{2} = > (43.2 \times 2) \div 15 \\ = {x}^{2} = > 5.76 \\ = x = > \sqrt[2]{5.76} \\ = x = > 2.4 \: \\ \\ the \: base \: and \: height \: \\ are \: (5 \times 2.4) = 12cm \: \\ and \: (3 \times 2.4) = 7.2cm respectively.
