The base area of cone is 38.5cm.Its volume is 77cm. Find its height.

Given pir^2 = 38.5 cm.

We know that volume of cone = 1/3 pi r^2 h

                                                  1/3 * (38.5) * h = 77

                                                  h = 77/12.83

                                                  h  = 6.

Base area = A = 38.5 cm²

Let Height = h

( A h ) /3 = volume

( 38.5 × h ) = 3 × 77

h = ( 3 × 77 ) / 38.5

h = 3 × 2

h = 6 cm
