Answer:

Let the base of parallelogram be x.

Height = 3x

Area of parallelogram = Base × Height

Given area = 786 unit²

=> 786 = x × 3x

=> 3x² = 786

=> x² = 786/3

=> x² = 262

=> x = 16.18

Hence, base of parallelogram = 16.18

Height = 16.18 × 3 = 48.54
