Also , it is stated that base is thrice its height

⇒ b = 3h

So , Area = 3h × h = 867m²

⇒ 3h² = 867m²

⇒ h² = 867/3 = 289m²

⇒ h = √289 = 17m [approx]

So height [h] = 17m

base [b] = 51m
