Area of a parallelogram = Base [b] × Height [h] = 867m²
Also , it is stated that base is thrice its height
⇒ b = 3h
So , Area = 3h × h = 867m²
⇒ 3h² = 867m²
⇒ h² = 867/3 = 289m²
⇒ h = √289 = 17m [approx]

So height [h] = 17m
     base [b] = 51m
