Let us take the Height as H  ----- (2)

According to the question , Base = 3×height

Therefore Base = 3×H ----- (3)

We know area of the given parallelogram is 897 .  ----- (4)

Let us now substitute ,(2),(3),(4) in (1)

We get,

897 = H×3H

897 = 3H²

H²=897÷3

H² = 299

Now, we take the square to the other side and it becomes square root.

H = √299

Therefore H = 17.29

And B = 3×17.29 = 51.87
