Let Base=2x
Height=x
Area=512sq.cm
SOL.
Area=length*breadth
=2x*x
512=2xsq.
512/2=x square
256=x square
Square Root of 256=x

The height of parallelogram is "16 cm" and base is "32 cm".

Step-by-step explanation:

Let \ the \ height \ of \ a \ parallelogram \ be \ "x".\\and ,the \ base \ of \ a \ parallelogram \ be \ "2x".\\Area,A=512 \ cm^2\\\\As \ we \ know,\\\\The \ Area \ of \ parallelogram,\\A=base\times height\\\\On \ putting \ the \ values \ in \ the \ above \ formula,we \ get\\\\512=2x\times x\\\\512=2x^2\\\\x^2=\frac{512}{2}\\ \\x^2=256\\\\x=\sqrt{256}\\ \\x=16\\\\Now,\\The \ height \ of \ parallelogram=16 \ cm\\The \ base \ of \ parallelogram=2\times 16=32 \ cm
