Answer:

area of parallelogram

height × base

let the height be x ,tgen base is 2x

ATP

x×2x=98

2x^2=98

x^2=98/2

x^2=49

x=√49

x=7

then base or 2x=2×7=14

Answer:

Let the height of the parallelogram be 'x'.

Then the base of the parallelogram will be '2x'

Also, we know, area of a parallelogram = base x height

Now, it is given that the area of the parallelogram = 98

So,  2x * x = 98

x * x = 49

x * x = 7 * 7

So, x = 7 cm

So, we have height = x = 7 cm and

base = 2x = 2 x 7 = 14 cm
