The base of a parallelogram is twice its height. If the area of parallelogram is 392 square cm, Find the base and height ?

let the height be h

ATQ , base will be 2h

area of llgm = base x height = 392

= 2h x h = 392

= 2h² = 392

= h² = 196. this implies h = 14cm

this height = 14cm

and base = 2 x 14 = 28cm
